HeartCure Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 18, 2026
This page focuses on HeartCure. For Synap1e-wide privacy details and other app addenda, visit the main Privacy Policy.
1. Scope
This addendum applies specifically to HeartCure on iPhone and Apple Watch, along with HeartCure support or privacy requests you choose to send to us.
2. Data processed on-device
HeartCure may read heart rate variability, heart rate, sleep metrics, and other health signals from Apple Health after you grant permission. Mood check-ins, journal entries, session history, and generated insights are stored and processed locally on your device to power readiness scores, correlations, and wellness guidance.
3. What HeartCure does not collect or upload
HeartCure itself does not collect, upload, or transmit your Apple Health history, biometric readings, mood check-ins, journal content, generated insights, or other in-app emotional data to Synap1e-operated servers.
4. User-initiated actions and Apple services
Data may leave the device only if you explicitly choose a system action such as export, share, or email support, or if your device is configured to include app data in Apple-managed backups.
5. Control and deletion
You can revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health. You can also delete HeartCure data directly inside the app, and deleting the app removes its local storage from the device subject to Apple's system behavior.
6. App-specific addendum
HeartCure addendum
HeartCure is designed to keep your most sensitive wellness data on-device. The app itself does not collect, upload, or transmit your in-app health or emotional data to Synap1e-operated servers.
